Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Check, update stock and ensure Purchase Requisition raise prior to minimum stock level.
  2. Prepare Supplier Performance Review and Contractor Performance Review.
  3. Check and acknowledge received material and goods from supplier as per Purchase Order.
  4. Update Bin Card and reconcile stock balance every 6 months.
  5. Ensure proper store management in proper conditions and requirements.
  6. Ensure proper store arrangement, cleanliness internally and surrounding area.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of store procedures and policies.
  9. Report any issues or concerns related to inventory management to the Manager, Traffic.

Requirements

  1. Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or administrative roles.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
