Storekeeper (Genting Sempah, Pahang)
Job description
Responsibilities
- Check, update stock and ensure Purchase Requisition raise prior to minimum stock level.
- Prepare Supplier Performance Review and Contractor Performance Review.
- Check and acknowledge received material and goods from supplier as per Purchase Order.
- Update Bin Card and reconcile stock balance every 6 months.
- Ensure proper store management in proper conditions and requirements.
- Ensure proper store arrangement, cleanliness internally and surrounding area.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist in the development and implementation of store procedures and policies.
- Report any issues or concerns related to inventory management to the Manager, Traffic.
Requirements
- Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
