About the role

As a Store Supervisor at LG & JBM Enterprise, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail stores located in Seri Iskandar, Perak. This full-time role is critical in ensuring our stores run smoothly and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Serve day-to-day walk-in customers with the aim to close deals.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the brand store, ensuring demo units are free from dirt and functioning well.
3. Handle basic paperwork for shop operations.
4. Manage online customer inquiries through social media and advertisements.
5. Ensure shop operations start on time.
