About the Role -

Oversee day-to-day retail store operations with excellence and to ensure daily operations is in compliance with Group policy and procedures.

Responsibilities -

1. Deliver retail sales & profit according to Company target.
2. Ensure store visual merchandise is compliance to company SOP.
3. Involved in recruitment, interview and orientation for new joiner.
4. Lead and communicate effectively with a team of retail associates, including coaching and training.
5. Responsible in staff zoning on selling floor.
6. Increase associates’ product knowledge and customer service skills by initiating certain activities or training.
7. Attend weekly meetings and weekly sales reporting with the management.
8. Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications -

1. Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U in any field.

Requirements -

1. Able to play the role of team leader.
2. Strong ability to resolve customer issues, manage conflicts, and think critically in high-pressure situations.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure efficient store operations.
4. On shift basis. Must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
5. Sales driven and passionate about fashion retail.
6. Must be willing to work Calvin Klein Sunway Carnival Mall (Seberang Perai, Penang).
7. Full-time position available.
