Store Manager Trainee (Seremban)

Job Title: Store Manager

Salary: RM 3,600 - RM 4,000

Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for all the store's operating management, supervising, guiding, and improving employees’ performance overall.
2. Motivate staff enthusiasm and help the store achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Actively collect market information and report to the company.
4. Handle customer complaints and problems related to store management.
5. Carry through the company instructions and accomplish other tasks assigned by the leadership.
6. Manage stock, including stock taking, ordering, storing, tracking, and monitoring stock levels.
7. Conduct data analysis to clean, change, and process raw data and extract actionable, relevant information that helps businesses make informed decisions.
8. Fluent in Mandarin and English; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, especially having experience in Uniqlo/Zara/H&M/Padini brands will be preferable.
3. Preferably a manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
4. Required skills: Familiarity with computer operation.
5. Ability in team management and coordination.
6. A strong sense of responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics, and language/writing skills.
7. Able to transfer stores within Malaysia (HLA Brand / HLA Concept Store / HLA Lifestyle / Yeehoo / Eichitoo).
