Store Manager Trainee (Seremban)

Basic Salary: RM 3,600 - RM 4,000

Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for all the stores' operating management, supervising, guiding, and improving employees’ performance overall.
2. Motivate staff enthusiasm and help stores achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Actively collect market information and report to the company.
4. Handle customer complaints and problems related to store management.
5. Carry through the company instructions and accomplish other tasks assigned by leadership.
6. Manage stock, including stock take, ordering, storing, tracking, and monitoring stock levels.
7. Conduct data analysis to clean, change, and process raw data, extracting actionable and relevant information to help businesses make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
2. Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree.
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, especially having experience in Uniqlo/Zara/H&M/Padini brands is preferable.
4. Preferably a manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
5. Required skills: Familiarity with computer operations.
6. Ability for team management and coordination.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, healthy and positive working attitude, good professional ethics, and language/writing skills.
8. Able to transfer stores within Malaysia (HLA Brand / HLA Concept Store / HLA Lifestyle / Yeehoo / Eichitoo).
