Job Responsibilities

1. Generating Sales
2. Leading team of store/sales manager(s)/senior supervisor(s)/supervisor(s) in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities
3. Maximize the sales return per square foot
4. Increase average basket and overall transactions of the responsible business unit
5. Ensure the full preparation/implementation of sales promotion activities
6. Seasonal change in accordance to the seasonal guide provided and merchandise display to present the seasonal highlight
7. Analyze sales figures and seek ways to increase sales via identifying strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and on-floor observation
8. Use stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and provide solutions for efficient logistics movements of stocks
9. Implement best practices following the commercial management toolkit to better manage the commercial aspect of the store business
10. Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.

Job Requirements

1. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in managing retail stores and subordinates
3. Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours and on public holidays
