Leading a team of store/sales managers, senior supervisors, and supervisors in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities.
Focusing on maximizing sales and commercial opportunities in the following areas:
Maximizing the sales return per square foot.
Increasing average basket size and overall transactions of the responsible business unit.
Ensuring the efficiency of the full preparation and implementation of sales promotion activities.
Implementing seasonal changes in accordance with the seasonal guide provided and ensuring merchandise displays highlight the season while maintaining high display standards to promote a better shopping experience and increase sales.
Analyzing sales figures and seeking ways to increase sales by identifying strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and on-floor observations.
Using stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and providing solutions to ensure logistic movements of stocks, including consolidation, are carried out efficiently (e.g., warehouse to store, fitting room stock turnaround time, and receiving stock turnaround time).
Fully implementing best practices following the commercial management toolkit as a guide to better manage the commercial aspects of the store business.
Leading and motivating the team to achieve daily targets set.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any relevant field.
At least 3 years of working experience in managing retail stores.
Candidate must be willing to work retail hours and on public holidays.
