Leading a team of store/sales managers/senior supervisors/supervisors in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities
Focusing on maximizing sales and commercial opportunities in the following areas:
Maximizing the sales return per square foot
Increasing average basket and overall transactions of the responsible business unit
Ensuring efficiency in the full preparation/implementation of sales promotion activities
Implementing seasonal changes according to the seasonal guide provided and ensuring merchandise display presents the seasonal highlight with high standards to promote a better shopping experience and increase sales
Analyzing sales figures and seeking ways to increase sales by identifying strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and on-floor observation
Using stock management systems to ensure optimum stock availability and providing solutions for efficient logistics movements of stocks, including consolidation
Fully implementing best practices following the commercial management toolkit to better manage the commercial aspect of the store business
Leading and motivating the team to achieve daily targets set.
Job Requirements
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
At least 3 years of working experience in managing retail stores and subordinates
Candidate must be willing to work retail hours and on public holidays
Knowledge in conversion rate (CR) will be an added advantage
