STORE CLERK / ASSISTANT

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Assure no damaged items are sent or received.
• Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices.
• Record details of received items into inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or issues with deliveries.
• Organize and store received items in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
• Assist in periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Assist store supervisor and manager in data entry, daily stock moving record, and printing of labels and forms for production and store.
• Handle internal stock/material movement between production and store.
• Ensure all supporting documents for stock records are filed and maintained.
• Execute any tasks assigned by store supervisor and manager as needed.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / certificate or Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment is required for this position.
• Sense of urgency and willingness to work overtime when required.
• Computer literate in basic Microsoft Excel / Word.
• Experience in ERP System will be an advantage.
