Responsibilities:

• Key in the budget and match CRQs provided by the customer on a monthly basis.
• Count and ensure the quantity of stocks matches the in/out activities and submit the data report every month.
• Follow up on payments with customers for debt settlement to minimize outstanding payments.
• Maintain the cold room storage and lorry condition to ensure they are in good condition, and submit a report on a monthly basis.
• Arrange chiller replacement or request maintenance/troubleshooting for each outlet if required.
• Discuss sales activities with distributors to ensure the smooth running of sales operations.
