Location: 9712, Jalan PBR 14 Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Rambai, Fasa 3, 75250, Malacca

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Receiving and inspecting incoming furniture materials, components, and products.
  2. Maintaining accurate inventory records through computerized systems or manual tracking.
  3. Organizing and shelving furniture items to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  4. Preparing purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips as needed.
  5. Verifying the accuracy of orders before shipping or delivery.
  6. Monitoring stock levels and initiating reorder requests when necessary.
  7. Conducting regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and prevent shortages.
  8. Rotating stock to ensure older items are sold or used first (first-in, first-out principle).
  9. Keeping the storage area clean, organized, and safe.
  10. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and guidelines.
  11. Reporting any maintenance or repair needs for equipment or storage facilities.
  12. Collaborating with other departments such as production, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  13. Communicating inventory status and any supply-related issues to relevant teams.
  14. Entering data into computer systems accurately.
  15. Maintaining records of inventory transactions, sales, and product movements.
  16. Updating inventory records, including adding new stock and recording sales or transfers.
  17. Performing regular stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with recorded inventory levels.
  18. Ensuring that the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle is followed by rotating stock to prevent items from becoming obsolete.

Requirements:
  1. Computer literate
  2. Knowledge of Google Suite such as Google Form
  3. Knowledge on Auto count System
  4. Strong ability to communicate effectively with team, work independently, responsive and informative
  5. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
  6. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  7. Prefer MALE
  8. Age 18 - 38 years old
  9. Contract basis for 3 months and will confirm as permanent staff if performance is satisfactory
