Are you organized and detail-oriented? We’re looking for a Store Assistant to help manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth material flow.

• Interact and liaise with relevant departments and team members to achieve goals.

• Provide customer delivery information to the production clerk and ensure all deliveries are met.

• Provide important feedback on backlog, in-progress holding, and production achievement to enable the production supervisor to take corrective actions when necessary.

• Work with Production on material supply for production output and targets.

• Monitor and ensure goods ordered are delivered by suppliers promptly, in good condition, and as per the terms of our order.

• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports and forecasts to the Assistant Production Manager.

• Assist in the control and tracking of stock movements, from the receipt of goods to preparation for delivery to customers.

• Ensure proper documentation, including labeling, updating of stock cards, and updating of the stock system for stock movements.

• Ensure the storeroom is neat and in proper condition for the safe-keeping of all goods.

• Ensure goods kept in the storeroom are in good condition and at the right quantity at all times.

• Adhere to safety rules, ensuring safe working practices at all times to help promote a safety culture.

• Receive raw material (Local & Overseas) into the store and carry out the necessary transactions to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.

• Involve in project and department meetings.

• Ensure that the Quality System ISO 9001: 2015 is maintained and carried out.

What we're looking for:

• Diploma in Manufacturing or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.

• Basic computer skills & ability to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 will be an advantage.
