The Role

Shift- 24/7
Hyderabad/ Onsite role

1. Experience in design, implementation, and operations of Hitachi Vantara infrastructure solutions such as block storage, file, and object storage platforms.
2. Implement Hitachi infrastructure portfolio products and services related to UCP CI, HCI, HCP, VSP series.
3. Review Incidents and Service requests generated outside of automated M&A based ticketing - E-Mail/Phone Calls from Customer or Account teams.
4. Perform tasks assigned in Event Management as per SOP.
5. Perform basic reporting functions as required.
6. Review service queues and escalate tickets if not actioned within SLA guidelines.
7. Execute common day-to-day low-risk tasks based on SOP as automation becomes available.
8. Perform queue management, ticket triage, and assignments to respective queues.
9. Handle Site Access Requests, GSC and DC access coordination, Skype Call Handling etc.
10. Create incidents based on SOPs & alerts/events if required and assign to respective L2/L3 groups.
11. Generate basic adhoc reports based on SOP.
