Job description
Job Descriptions:
- Track and deliver shipments from pick-up to delivery.
- Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time employees to ensure they carry out their jobs properly and completely.
- Act as a hub manager as necessary.
- Handle cash on delivery and ensure daily banking of funds.
- Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Control inventory and manage every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcels.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
