Job Descriptions

• Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered.
• Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time employees to ensure they carry out their jobs properly and completely.
• Stand as a hub manager as necessary.
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure it is banked in every day.
• Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
• Take care of daily operations and ensure everything goes smoothly.
• Control inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcels.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
