Performing professional nursing care to patients.
Direct supervision and coordination of the activities in the allocated unit/ward, in line with the Policies and Procedures of Nursing Services.
Responsible to keep CNO informed of any incidences or reportable situations that need nursing administrative involvement.
Responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital.
Reports all abnormal findings and progress of patients to the relevant doctors/consultants.
Liaises and discusses with the relevant doctors/consultants regarding the care of patients in the unit/ward.
Checks daily and audits resuscitation trolley periodically as scheduled.
Job Requirements
Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
Registered Nurse with 3 years of experience.
Must have a Diploma in Nursing.
