Staff Specialist Logistics

Planning, organizing and controlling the receiving operations in site according to defined procedure and KPI.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Maintain and generate process procedure documentation in an efficient and timely manner.
• Implement and ensure safety, security and housekeeping are adhered.
• Responsible for maintenance and operations of the ASRS (Automation Storage and Retrieval System), LOG equipments and SAP PM MNT plan for reliable uptime performance.
• Monitor and manage the operation of WAMAS and SAP EWM system, diagnosing and troubleshooting physical hardware/system errors.
• DG (Dangerous Goods) Officer - Manage & control the administration and operation of transportation of dangerous goods.
• Lead and drive improvement to ensure continuous improvement within the team, in quality, productivity, effectiveness and cost efficiency (budget vs actual).

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Mechanical/Automation) or equivalent.
• More than 6 years experience in any relevant field.
• Experience with Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) & programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
• Experience in Warehouse Management & Customs Regulations/Procedure is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in planning and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and leadership.
