Job Description
This position requires a strong fundamental and good understanding of order to cash processes with strong project management background. You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, providing inputs, walk through business processes and support for process efficiency. You will serve as collaborator to build strong working relationships and liaise with cross functional team, CRM technical team and developers to drive for resolution but limited to coach internal team and users.
- Work as a primary liaison between business and CRM technical teams and developers.
- Gather business requirements and work closely with OTC team to define business processes.
- Collaborate with project team but not limited to CRM technical teams and developers to define test cases, involve in ITC testing and user acceptance testing for system integration and implementation.
- Engage in change management activities or represent business as a change agent to communicate with stakeholders about upcoming changes or constant updates.
- Analyze and recognize the need for system enhancement if necessary.
- Go-Live preparation and cut-over support.
- Post production support.
- Prepare and outline processes for training materials and facilitate end-user training.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience with Business Operations or related roles within semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience in projects and change process management.
- Good at problem solving, interactive skills and work well with cross functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Familiarity with SAP (S4 / Hana), Model N, Salesforce, Power BI a plus.
