Staff Nurse (Ward/ Operation theater/ ICU/ A&E/Pediatric/Dialysis) - Seremban

• Adhere to the Nursing Department and Mawar Medical Centre procedures, policies, and standards in executing daily duty tasks and new changes.
• Monitor and identify changes in patient condition (e.g., response to treatment, factors contributing to clinical complaints) and intervene in emergency situations.
• Assist consultants in clinical assessment (rounds) and procedures. Communicate effectively with all hospital departments to provide support and care to patients (e.g., arrange patients for diagnostic procedures, GL for procedures, etc.).
• Ensure all medical devices and equipment are decontaminated appropriately, cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized according to hospital infection control policy and procedures. Assist the manager in ensuring the department is ready for patients (e.g., equipment, stock, and system). Ensure accurate charges and achieve departmental and personal KPI and QA activities.

Requirements:

• At least possess a diploma in nursing.
