Staff nurse/Nurse assistant

About the role

TMG Care is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse or Nurse Assistant to join our dynamic confinement team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our new mothers. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

• Daily assessment for new mothers and babies.
• Feeding and taking care of newborn infants.
• Monitoring and tracking the baby report on their daily milk consumption.
• Administration work duties as assigned by superior.
• Adhering to all nursery policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse by LJM or Nurse Assistant qualification.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a general medical or nursing/NICU/Postnatal care or related field.
• Preferably can communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess passion for mummy and baby care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and commitment to continuous learning.
• Must be willing to work in shift rotation, weekends, and public holidays.
