Plan and carry out nursing duties in accordance with established procedures and best practices.
Monitor patients' progress, identify any changes in their condition, and take appropriate actions to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Be accountable and responsible for the care of assigned patients.
Understand the importance of prompt actions in emergency and high-risk situations, ensuring quick response and appropriate care.
Assist doctors during medical procedures, ensuring a sterile and efficient environment.
Dispense medication according to doctors' prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
Provide patient education and support, ensuring that patients and their families understand care plans, treatment procedures, and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatments, medications, and progress notes.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Follow hospital policies and safety guidelines to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
Participate in training and development programs to keep up with the latest medical practices and techniques.
Demonstrate compassionate care, offering emotional support to patients and their families as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the overall functioning of the healthcare team.

Staff Nurse and Medical Assistant candidates MUST possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Nursing/Medical Assistant.
Fresh Graduates without Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) or Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan Malaysia (LPPM) are also welcome to apply.
Post Basic will be an added advantage.
Healthcare Assistant candidates MUST at least possess an SPM or its equivalent.
