Staff Nurse

Job Overview:
KIMPORO SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality care for newborns at our confinement centre. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the medical team, ensure the safety and well-being of babies, and deliver exceptional support to mothers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the medical team or Chief Nurse to monitor, assess, and report on babies' health conditions.
• Provide hands-on care and support to newborns, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Adhere to the centre’s policies and procedures, ensuring they are correctly understood and applied.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and health to deliver safe and quality care.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with mothers and their families to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document care provided and monitor outcomes using established charts and forms.
• Deliver competent, safe, and compassionate nursing care.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Nursing.
• Registered with the Malaysia Nursing Board as a State Registered Nurse.
• Prior experience in a hospital, medical centre, or confinement centre is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
