Ansell is looking for a Senior Specialist, Logistics (Invoice Process, Documentation & Audit Control) to join our team in Cyberjaya.

This position is responsible for global freight transportation, freight bill verification & payment process, and audit and validation of all our Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Road Freight, Rail Freight & Courier Express Services.

What your role will be?

• Generate, analyze, and report data contained within Logistics Reports and Freight Summary Reports.
• Prepare and present reports on a regular basis as assigned.
• Conduct bi-weekly discrepancy checks on any Monitoring / Tracking / Logistics Reports.
• Support / Monitor KPI (Key Performance Index)/ Service Level Agreement with LSP.
• Ensure documentation, procedures, and processes are compiled and filed properly.
• Develop reports showing transportation costs on precise projects and moves. Support with maintenance of logistics planning tasks, logistics policies, procedures, support plans, and similar data.
• Maintain & keep records / filing of all freight and related charges quotations & tenders.
• Maintain and update standard operating policies related to the billing process.
• Provide freight statistical reports.
• Capable of analyzing the reports generated and provide support/solutions.
• Ongoing management of LSP costs effectiveness and efficiency to achieve the set targets.
• Support Internal Ansell Plants & Outsource Suppliers escalation and inquiries related to Freight Transportation / Logistics matters.
• Interface and work with LSP to resolve billing issues.
• Review and analyze program effectiveness, suggest, and execute on-time improvements and corrective actions.
• Lead and manage new vendor setup and support new vendor onboarding program.
• Provide guidelines on import or export custom paperwork to ensure smooth shipment.
• Provide oversight of process to ensure shipments/logistics are moving through established freight forwarders and provide assistance in difficult issues.
• Manage stakeholders, customers, vendors expectations and other tasks assigned by superior or/and management.

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or equivalent
• Working experience in Logistics operating/functional role & responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of carrier’s functions.
• Good knowledge of Logistics, warehousing & distribution, Ocean/Air/Road/Rail Freight & Courier Express services.
• Acquired knowledge in general shipping matters – i.e., L/C, shipping documentation, marine insurance claims, CFS & Port operations, customs clearance, freighting, shipment terms, etc.
• PC skills with an emphasis on spreadsheets and database programs. Well-versed in MS Office software – i.e., Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, and Ms-PowerPoint.
• Excellent & strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills and ability to identify, drive and resolve issues with other groups effectively.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in international logistics receiving and shipping models & process flows set up, networks & solutions and basic Supply Chain Management
