Ansell is looking for a Global Sourcing Manager (Finished Goods Category) to join our team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

In this position, you will lead the strategic sourcing and supplier management of outsourced finished goods for the Scientific Business Unit. You will drive cost savings, ensure supply continuity and compliance, support new product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sourcing excellence.

What your role will be?

Reporting to the Global Procurement Director, you are responsible for these key areas:

• Supplier Management: Lead strategic sourcing and develop strong supplier partnerships for outsourced finished goods.
• Cost & Value Creation: Drive cost savings, negotiate favorable terms, and support long-term value through sourcing strategies.
• Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure supplier compliance with CSR, regulatory standards, and sustainability practices.
• Market & Innovation: Monitor industry trends, identify new suppliers, and support innovation and NPD initiatives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Legal, QA, and internal teams to align sourcing with business needs.
• Risk & Performance Management: Mitigate supply risks, ensure business continuity, and manage supplier performance.

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in category management, sourcing, or procurement preferably from gloves industry or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Knowledge of responsible sourcing, CSR, and sustainability practices (a plus).
• Ability to work independently with limited direction, including experience in a matrix organization and managing ambiguity.
