Job Requirements
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in performing full sets account with tax experience in Property Development field is required for this position (preferably with experienced working for the Big Four Audit firms).
Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English, preferably able to converse in Third language.
Excellent communication & written skills and attention to details.
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
Willing to travel and based in Setia Alam.
Job Descriptions
Oversee and manage the Finance department, including accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR) processes.
Lead financial planning and cash flow management for development projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop financial projections.
Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Develop and implement efficient financial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projects and the company.
Partner with business departments on financial aspects of development launches.
Provide insightful accounting, finance, and tax expertise on commercial contracts, financial incentives and bank loan application.
Possesses the ability to liaise with bankers on bank facility application, charismatic and is able to convince bankers showing promising returns of project.
Prepare tax computations, coordinate filing of tax returns, process tax payments, manage withholding tax, etc.
Collaborate with the COO to develop budgets and cashflow forecasts.
Manage year-end closing and submission of financial statements for regulatory compliance and tax purposes.
To plan and prepare company cash flow and its requirements for any purpose including Working Capital etc;
To be in charge of providing budgetary control;
To perform treasury duties which include cash management, financial risk management, banking relations, capital structure management etc;
