Responsibilities

• Responsible for loan documentation to ensure documentations are in order /perfected in accordance with internal policies and in line with regulatory and legal requirements before getting the Bank's PA to sign the financing documents.
• Responsible for disbursements to ensure the security documentations are in order in accordance with internal policies and in line with regulatory and legal requirements before getting the Disbursement Checker to authorize.
• Ensure all billings received are paid within TAT.
• Monitor and follow up on security documents.
• Manage and take appropriate steps to monitor tasks assigned are attended within TAT.
• Liaise with business partners to resolve discrepancies and issues detected and raised.
• Attend to business partners, branches & MSCs' requests/issues, resolve and respond to them effectively.
• Take a hands-on approach by playing a positive role in addressing work processes, workflow, administrative, planning and organization of work.
• Maintain relevant data pertaining to daily releases and ensure data integrity in reporting.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with regulatory guidelines, Bank's policies, work processes and guidelines.
• Handle any other ad hoc assignments that may be given by Management as and when required.

• Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in Credit Administration field.
