Your Contribution

• LEGAL ENTITY / COMPLIANCE: Accountable for the compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements of the entities and keep abreast with latest accounting standards, treatment, and best practices.
• FINANCIAL REPORTING/ GENERAL LEDGER: Responsible for month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• AUDIT: Plan & coordinate the annual financial audit process.
• TAXATION RELATED/ DEFERRED TAXATION: Liaise with tax agent for corporate income tax/ GST/ SST/ Digital Service Tax/ Transfer Pricing/ Withholding tax related matters or any other compliance topics.
• IFRS 16 LEASING: Identify and assess the rental contracts.
• FSS : FINANCIAL CLOSING COCKPIT (FCC): Responsible for FCC of legal entities that are assigned.
• IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS: Assist in ad hoc improvement projects especially in Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets.

Your Profile

• Audit experience in audit firms, or experience in dealing with Finance Auditors for Statutory Accounts and Deferred Tax reporting.
• Tax experience in Tax compliance and Transfer Pricing.
• SAP experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in finance & accounting, capable to work independently with minor supervision.
• Manufacturing background.
• Knowledge about E-invoicing in Malaysia.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
