The World's Largest Sports Retailer is recruiting passionate sports people to Join our Commercial Team as our Sports Commercial Manager.

Job Overview:

To promote our sports ecosystem and make our sport offers profitable in a sustainable way.

Objective:

You will prioritize and analyse the country major needs.

  1. To collect and compile country major needs of each of our internal channels (Central Hub, Ecommerce, etc.)
  2. To update benchmark of competitors focusing on 'How to Sell'
  3. To prioritize country major needs before the Director plan focusing on How to Sell
  4. To guarantee a qualitative pre-religia process and give feedback for each of our internal channels

Responsibilities:

1. Define Country Commercial strategies
  1. To co-validate our sports offer strategy while leading the price policy across our Sports Universe.
  2. To define commercial strategies on communication/merchandising while co-validating the business plan.
  3. To align with our HUB Asia Team for range costing and range structure across different functions in Sports Universe.
  4. To guarantee right country commercial seasons in Malaysia.
2. Define The right Pricing policy for sports and product
  1. To co-validate the pricing strategy while leading the price policy across Sports Universe & align with HUB Asia.
  2. To define the right pricing policy based on market and competitor study.
  3. To align with our HUB ASIA team for pricing strategy across different functions in Sports Universe.
  4. To guarantee right pricing positioning in the market and ensure overall profitability.
3. Communication and Commercial Skills Animation
  1. To communicate efficiently with stakeholders to drive alignments on our decisions to ensure customer satisfaction via milestone management.
  2. To coordinate a cross-commercial topic or New Value Creation project in our United Product and Brand Centre.
  3. To ensure relevant logical implementation is coherent with Asia strategy (According to the season and the potential gap by Zone).
  4. To ensure the entire 'How to Sell' package (including commercial, merchandising, and communication) is qualitative among DMI (Coherence, Relevance).
4. Accelerate profitable growth
  1. To animate with channels to support their sports commercial policy.
  2. To animate range choice.
  3. To define customer journey & taxonomy (segmentation).
  4. To validate the communication plan of the year.
  5. To ensure the quality diffusion of product training.
  6. To communicate regularly priorities (implementation/opeco/interseason).
  7. To prepare and debrief store visits.
