Job Summary
Responsible to keep the contract Centre operation running smoothly for 24hrs x 7 days a week. Team Leaders work on 24hrs x 7 days shift and aside from having an overall responsibility of floor management while on duty, they are also responsible for the performance of a dedicated team reporting under them.
The Day-To-Day Activities
Managing the daily running of the operation i.e adherence to schedule, attendance, scheduling, floor management, real-time performance management.
Handling all escalations i.e call back, demand to speak to supervisor, complaints etc., and providing guidance to CSE i.e. clarification, resources, difficult or complex problems.
Conducting briefings or training to communicate product services information, work procedures, company policies, performance updates, and gathering feedback from CSE.
Providing feedback to immediate manager on individual and team performance as a whole.
Managing team performance in accordance with KPI i.e. discipline, productivity, efficiency, quality.
Potential for shift work, including evenings or weekends, depending on business needs.
About You
Experience in the industry or sector specific to the business e.g. telco, insurance, technology or banking will be an advantage.
Knowledge of advanced sales techniques and strategies.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and company needs.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
