The role is responsible for managing inventory and optimizing supply and demand to meet customer demands. It serves as the main point of contact between CLM, Marketing, and production planners, driving production and supply-related tasks. Additionally, the position leads supply chain improvement projects, maintains logistics data, and monitors KPIs to ensure effective operations.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for loading, controlling and monitoring of worldwide production supply to ensure customer demand fulfillment.
- Global inventory management and stock controlling of Die Bank Distribution Centres.
- Strategize / optimize capacity, supply and demand.
- The main interface between CLM, Marketing and production planners: responsible for the production/supply-related topics.
- Lead and drive delivery task force (a representative from BU).
- Drive and support Supply Chain improvement projects.
- GLP representatives in Ramp-up and Change Management team.
- Maintenance of defined key logistic parameters/data.
- KPIs and progress reporting.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of supply chain and material management concepts.
- Experience in planning and inventory management in semiconductor industry.
- Excellent knowledge of various functional interfaces.
- Interfaces with CLM, BE/FE (Production Logistics & Planning); Marketing(Product Marketing of BU), BU Ramp-up Managers and Quality Management.
- Customer and Service orientated.
- Basic product knowledge and trends.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or production trends and strategy.
- Interfaces with Foundry (Planning; Logistics) and Subcontractors(Planning; Logistics).
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Constant communication with cross-functional team, management, and other related areas.
- High complexity, requires excellent coordination and communication skills to convey information to various functions/teams within Infineon Supply Chain.
- Experience in preparing/tracking progress and reporting.
- Knowledge in MRP systems and IT Tools (SAP, CM/DM/i2, PGS+PR/PL, BO, SCM-Systems, MS Office).
- Knowledge of FE/BE-processes/-technologies.
