• Manage the entire customer journey, both online and offline, for all products (equities, futures, derivatives).
• Utilize design thinking to identify unmet customer needs and pain points, and develop value propositions to address them effectively.
• Design, propose and run acquisition campaigns (external) to acquire NTB customers (e.g. marketing initiatives, customer campaigns, events).
• Develop tactical initiatives to drive utilization.
• Collaborate with Tribe expertise to provide new or enhanced offerings to address customers' basic transaction needs across all customer segments.
• Generate quality customer insight, manage information, identify trends to assist decision making. Apply business understanding and leverage analytics to support delivery of squad mission.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in Financial Services.
• Experience in social media marketing, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with website UX design and optimization.
• Familiar with tools for website analytics (Google Analytics, SEM).
• Expertise in core marketing areas, including SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM.
