Job description
  1. Manage and ensure quality in terms of accurate, completeness and timeliness of the Cost & Controlling team in performing their daily activities for the following Cost & Controlling processes.
    • Performing cost reconciliation through the preparation of costing reports and analysis on cost differences.
    • Posting the necessary adjustment into SAP.
  2. Maintenance of cost allocation rules including the creation of new rules or updates.
  3. Manage and ensure quality in terms of accurate, completeness and timeliness of the Management Reporting team in performing their daily activities for the following Management Reporting processes.
    • Review Monthly/ quarterly/ year-end/ Business Group financial reports including reports for group reporting, internal management reporting, statutory reporting, as prepared by the analysts/ senior analysts.
    • Train and manage a team of analysts/ senior analysts, to meet the financial reporting requirements.
    • Ensure that deadlines for reporting are met consistently.
    • Prepare reports, where necessary.
  4. Provide support to team members in resolving management reporting questions.
  5. Liaise with the Corporate and Business Groups on exceptional/ complicated financial reporting issues.
  6. Respond to compliance audits and audit queries.
  7. Ensure delivery execution is in compliance with policies, local company legal and statutory requirements, and credit policies.
