Specialist - QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
2. Establish and implement QA processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
3. Utilize automation tools such as UIPath and RSAT for test execution and validation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project manager, and business analysts, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
5. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify software defects.
6. Document, track, and resolve bugs and issues using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps).
7. Continuously improve QA strategies and practices, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
8. Train and mentor team members on automation tools and QA best practices as needed.
