Responsible for the data maintenance in the payroll system for the information related to payroll.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Manage and administer the time attendance systems, including updating the schedules and correcting overtime records.
- Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize the time attendance report.
- Handle employee payroll-related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner.
- Maintain payroll operations in accordance with policies and procedures, recommending changes and improvements.
- Support change requests whenever needed.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
- 1 year in human resources (HR) with at least 1 year in the payroll administration field.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and HR IT Systems.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act/local statutory requirements.
- Able to work within tight timelines.
