Specialist - Logistics

Primary Responsibilities

This is a crucial role within the In-Country (Malaysia) Operations Department.

1. Ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement, storage, and distribution of products.
2. Responsible for the management and monitoring performance of transport service providers and in-house driver/fleet.
3. Tracking deliveries daily and ensuring customer satisfaction is always on the upside.
4. Ensure cost-efficient and timely last mile and intercity transport planning, deliveries, and reverse logistics.
5. Work alongside current 3rd party warehouse to optimize cost, service, and set forward plans for improvement.
6. Managing POD returns with the team.

Constantly challenge the work processes to reduce the cycle time and increase productivity.
