Position Title: Specialist, HR Core (C & B, Korean Speaker)

Job Description:

1. To support China market related to C&B tasks, ensure the rules & regulations tally with the local governing law.
2. Ensure data quality & data integrity for payroll, compensation & benefits, and Labor relations & Law processes.
3. Manage full payroll portfolio accurately, timely, and in compliance with statutory requirements, business policies, and company guidelines.
4. Design & deliver C&B frameworks and programs such as employee assistance program, health benefits program, pension program, etc.
5. Manage full cycle of salary review management.
6. Vendor management.

Salary: 6000~8500 (RM)

Requirements:

1. Candidate must obtain qualification Degree in Accounting/ Mathematics, Commerce or Business Administration.
2. With 3 years of related HR working experience especially in Payroll, C&B, Labour Relations & Law.
3. Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in the language and culture of the supported country.
4. Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications.
