We are looking for a passionate Specialist/ Engineer (IE) to enhance our successful Operations Team in AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. Responsibilities include:

• Review shipment dashboard by shift.
• Update Gantt chart/recovery plan/other's in list.
• Kanban setting and follow-up status at each production station.
• Updated priority by shift.
• Comprehensive analysis of the reason for not meeting the target in shift.
• Monitor and highlight abnormality that impacts real-time output.
• Monitor and highlight machine's abnormality.
• Monitor/coordinate WIP and daily output.
• Comprehensive analysis of the reason for not meeting the target within shift.
• Monitor, highlight overdue waiting time lot and assist production in meeting output target.
• Timely processing on hold or high-risk lot.
• Manage high WIP step and make appropriate judgement to reduce WIP.
• Handle all important planning related issues during night shift. This includes skip step/change film/change workflow/print lot traveler.

Your profile should include:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other relevant courses.
• 3-8 years in Production Planning Control experience with SAP experience preferred as well as Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in the substrate, PCB or semiconductor related industries.
• Data accuracy and precise working style.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Good team working spirit which is able to work within multiple groups within the company.
