Job Summary:
Special Officer to CFO Office is responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer in managing and executing critical projects, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CFO office. This role involves handling a variety of strategic, financial, and operational tasks that contribute to the organization's financial health and long-term growth.

Job Description:

Strategic Planning Support

  1. Assist the CFO in the development, execution, and monitoring of financial strategies and initiatives.
  2. Participate in the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  3. Provide analytical support for key business decisions, including capital allocation, cost control, and investment strategies.

Project Management

  1. Manage cross-functional projects as directed by the CFO, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  2. Track the progress of ongoing projects and prepare detailed reports for the CFO.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks associated with key projects and business initiatives.

Operational Oversight

  1. Support the CFO in overseeing day-to-day operations of the finance department.
  2. Coordinate with various internal departments to align operational objectives with financial goals.
  3. Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for the CFO and executive leadership team.
  4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and offer insights to improve business performance.
  5. Monitor key financial metrics and ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal departments, ensuring clear and effective communication of strategic objectives.
  7. Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies, as needed.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities

  1. Handle special projects or tasks as assigned by the CFO.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  2. 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business management. Prior experience in a consulting or advisory role is advantageous.
  3. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  4. Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  5. High proficiency in financial reporting and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
