About the role

Eduguru Education Group Sdn Bhd (Toddler Town International Preschool, Ollies Early Intervention Preschool, Enso International Academy, Enso Vocational Academy) has a few new positions opening up for Special Education Needs Teachers, Therapists and Head of Departments to join our team at different branches in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored educational support and care to children with special needs, ensuring they reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing individualised education plans to address the unique needs of each student
• Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities
• Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed
• Maintaining detailed records and providing progress reports
• Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in special education
• Fostering a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and growth of all students

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or Psychology.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Special Education Needs Teacher or in a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for starter positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students with various cognitive, physical, and emotional challenges
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address student needs
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs
• Knowledge of relevant educational policies, regulations, and best practices in special education
