Freedom X Auto Parts Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spare Parts Sales professional to join our team based in Bintulu, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients, ensuring they receive the right automotive spare parts for their needs.

What you'll be doing

• Providing knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone
• Identifying customer requirements and recommending appropriate spare parts and accessories
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge to effectively advise customers
• Processing sales orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the auto parts business

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a similar spare parts sales or customer service role within the automotive industry
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide technical guidance to customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in using inventory management and sales systems
