Job Summary

Develop and deploy standardised procurement processes to manage the global spend, ensuring best practices and process consistency. Lead the Enabler program to achieve >2% annual savings, track procurement process KPIs, and oversee reporting across all business units. Identify, recommend, and implement procurement technologies and process improvements to drive efficiency and excellence. Manage a team of procurement specialists, allocating resources effectively, supporting peaks in workload, and ensuring team development through recruitment, training, and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Process Management: Develop and deploy standardised procurement processes to manage the global spend.
• Enabler Program Leadership: Lead the Enabler program to achieve >2% annual savings and track procurement process KPIs.
• Technology and Innovation: Identify, recommend, and implement procurement technologies and process improvements.
• Team Management: Manage a team of procurement specialists, allocating resources effectively.
• Procurement Operations: Oversee procurement operations, including data analysis, RFx activities, contract management, supplier maintenance, and policy documentation.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business, Engineering, IT, Finance) with 5-10+ years of procurement experience and 3+ years managing direct reports.
• Proven experience in leading strategic sourcing projects across multiple categories and countries, with strong financial and commercial skills.
• Skilled in team leadership, resource allocation, and building team capabilities through training and empowerment.
• Expertise in process optimisation, continuous improvement, IT systems, and process mapping for procurement efficiency.
• Accountable for delivering procurement metrics, driving value creation, simplifying processes, and ensuring best-practice procurement standards.
