Sourcing Assistant

• Responsible for sourcing food and non-food items for the company.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand raw material and packaging requirements and ensure consistent availability through to our supplier.
• Develop sourcing strategy through market research, price analysis and other applicable methods.
• Maintain good supplier relationships and conduct vendor performance evaluations.
• Ensure price competitiveness by maintaining pricing ledger through price tracking & monitoring.
• Monitor ordering processes whether placed through Requisition or SAP, ensuring products and services availability, quantity, quality, and delivery terms.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and perform data analysis for reporting.
• Maintain proper records of purchase, quotation/sources, supplier’s information & documentation.
• Support other ad-hoc projects and procurement activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience in sourcing role, with knowledge in procurement principles and negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess own transportation.
