Job Title: Solution Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Design and development of various types of interfaces like Rest API, MQ, batch file interfaces, etc., using Java programming.
2. Production Support
1. INC support (e.g., ticket investigation/resolution) with some Development experience in the past.
2. BAU maintenance (e.g., SSL cert maintenance, server migration/upgrade, etc.).
3. OLSS’s wifiEligibility API support including code change.
4. DT dev support (e.g., test data, solution discussion).
5. Release management (not full-time support).
1. Communication between BU and vendors for preparation and details.
2. Preparation of deployment plan for CX related services (e.g., wifiEligibility API, ICC flight status msg).
6. Use of vendor’s tool for support and monitoring.
7. Proactive improvement of system performance and integration (e.g., suggestion of new design of API request/response or integration of systems like flight event MQ).
8. Business analysis with communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
9. Handling legacy systems and on-prem application hosting & maintenance on Java related support.
10. Oracle PLSQL (hands-on experience is required).
3. Good-to-Have
1. 5+ Years Experience.
2. Bilingual with Cantonese (Must) and English capability.
3. Education Qualification in relevant discipline.
4. Tertiary qualifications are essential.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing user expectations.
6. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
7. Airline Domain Knowledge Preferable.
