Software Support Specialist (Support HK Market) (Fresh Grads Welcome)

We are seeking to hire a dynamic and enthusiastic Software Support Specialist to manage and address client inquiries related to our company’s accounting software in the Hong Kong market. The new hire will be expected to take a proactive approach, remaining vigilant and responsive to ensure the continued progress and success of our company's operations.

Key Duties Include:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing support requests and system-related inquiries via calls and email.
2. Resolve technical issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Conduct accurate and appropriate system configurations to resolve software-related issues.
4. Utilize remote access to troubleshoot and resolve software issues on customer workstations or servers.
5. Perform data migration tasks and provide product training to end users, as needed.
6. Participate in ad-hoc projects and pre-implementation discussions to support business requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Possess at least a diploma in accounting or related field.
2. Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English.
3. Fluency in Cantonese is necessary for this role to engage the Hong Kong market.
4. Experience working with accounting software is preferred.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
