Responsibilities:

1. Provide first level technical support for users and perform initial troubleshooting of application systems.
2. Understand application process flow, to provide service to users by promptly responding to their queries, with necessary evaluation and prioritization.
3. Document and maintain technical troubleshooting procedures.
4. Communicate effectively with different teams to resolve issues relating to hardware/configuration.
5. Involve in application R&D, as part of the non-support routine.

Requirements:

1. Advanced Diploma/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. 2 years (or more for senior roles) in application support experience.
3. Knowledge of SQL and database platforms (MS SQL Server preferred) for data analysis and support.
4. Knowledge of financial trading systems and cloud technology is desirable.
5. Good problem-solving skills, able to perform independent analysis of issues.
6. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined, with the ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight in a professional and timely manner.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Open to shift rotation and night shifts for this position.
