Software Support Engineer

Rockbell is expanding its team, and we are looking for a new candidate to join us on our journey!

Rockbell is a software company with a specific focus on commercial accounting systems, and we are looking for a dedicated Software Support Engineer to ensure that we are able to provide support and assistance to our clientele subscribed to our products and services.

As part of our team at Rockbell and a Software Support Engineer, you will be:

• Provide IT support and troubleshoot issues reported by our clients;
• Obtain feedback and pass it on to Management to better improve our products and services;
• Work closely with a dynamic team to ensure that our clients receive the best customer service possible;
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure that our marketing strategies are optimal.

We are looking for someone who (preferably) is:

• A Degree or Diploma holder in IT or software-related fields;
• Fluent in English (fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Cina is a bonus!);
• Candidates with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply (although some experience is beneficial!);
• Dedicated to providing troubleshooting and assistance to our customers who face issues with our software products and services;
• Has prior knowledge from working with software or applications (especially those related to HR Management and Accounting);
• Determined to professionally and personally improve themselves in an environment of growth;
• Dedicated to working with a team of diverse individuals!
