about the job

• Support the QA Manager in test planning, execution, defect management, and test closure activities for assigned projects, while contributing to test tool evaluation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, development, database, business users, and vendors, to ensure high-quality deliverables before UAT and production.
• Write and maintain high-quality test cases, bug reports, and release notes, adhering to TCoE best practices.
• Perform various testing types (functional, exploratory, API, DB, usability, security, etc.) across mobile, browser, and desktop applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage and timely defect resolution.
• Demonstrate strong domain knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Hands-on testing experience with Mobile, Browser, and Desktop applications is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments using JIRA.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TOSCA) and designing automation test scripts (e.g., regression testing).
• Mandarin speaker is a plus as needed to present to stakeholders from China.
