Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Attend discussions with banks for requirement gathering.
2. Analyze requirements both from Payment Networks and users.
3. Provide scope of work document and effort estimation after finalizing requirements.
4. Produce Functional Specification, Technical Specification, System Test Plan, Impact Analysis, etc. documents.
5. Able to lead team members for specific projects.
6. Responsible for the quality of the entire project.
7. Produce unit test plans and conduct unit testing and System Integration testing.
8. Assist in resolving defects found during testing.
9. Provide UAT support to customers.
10. Provide onsite live implementation support to customers.
11. Comply with standards and quality procedures.
12. Complete all work with quality within agreed timelines.
13. Provide training/guidance to team members.

What We Are Looking For

1. Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
2. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT development of banking systems technologies
3. Expertise and knowledge in Credit Card application
4. Expertise and knowledge in Mainframe with batch and online CICS COBOL programming language and Mainframe (MVS)
5. Ability to work independently
