Software Engineer

Job Responsibility

• Maintain and responsible for IT Network, Servers, Backups, Apps, Website and any IT related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
• Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues (such as antivirus, Microsoft office, and so on).
• Liaise with Programmer/Supplier for the related software/hardware issues.
• Propose and source for new technique/solution to improve IT support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes.
• Prepare Resources (PC, Apps, Software, Email account) for new join staff and brief company system training for them.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to learn and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel or work overtime when required.
