You are required to design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through RPA and Power Platform. You will also lead a team of high-performing software engineers ensuring they are well engaged, motivated, and content while achieving their objectives. Apart from that, you will be responsible for being the liaison between the CoE and Business to provide project updates, answer questions, and coordinate required testing/deployment activities.

You have to create document libraries, custom lists, and their corresponding features other than designing, implementing, and providing backend and frontend solutions. Responsible for enhancements and new development, you are expected to maintain and enhance engagement with business, continuous improvement, and IT partners.

Last but not least, you will also be promoting, enhancing, and maintaining technical knowledge via benchmarking, seminars, webinars, etc., while mentoring and retaining a high-performance team of junior developers.

As a Senior Software Engineer, having backend developer language knowledge is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of C#, .Net Core, MVC, and Angular 13 will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado; therefore, you have a good understanding of React JS and React Native. You are able to work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
